Plz review and apply my patches

Hello.
I've done a feature implementation (however it also fixes a bug) but it seems that reviewing and applying of patches is a very long task for some reason. Links:

So I have two questions:
- Can someone review it and commit?
- Why is bugzilla so unmaintained place ?

You might consider going on the #xfce-dev IRC channel to see if you can get a hold of the maintainer. The other option is the xfce4-dev mailing list.
