can't cycle through keyboard layouts Ubuntu Studio

I just installed Ubuntu Studio 16.10 and added Swedish(dvorak) as another keyboard layout. I've also added a keyboard shortcut for changing layout. When using the shortcut the language changes, but it don't cycle back to the first option, it stops at the last. To go back to the first option, I need to click the keyboard layout plugin in the panel.
It is a little annoying, since it cycled when using Ubuntu. I shouldn't need to use my mouse in order to switch between the language options when there is an assigned button shortcut for it.
