Android Phone devices are stacking up in the Thunar sidebar

I currently have 45 devices listed in my Thunar sidebar that say Android Phone.  I'm not sure of the cause, though I speculate a bad battery may have been making it drop on and off of the USB bus.

Each one I click on pops up the message 'Failed to mount "Android Phone".  Couldn't find matching udev device.'

How can I get these entries removed from the sidebar?

I am running Thunar 1.6.10 and awesome window manager on Debian.

Thanks.

I should have tried this sooner.  Rebooting clears the entries.  I would still be interested in a less drastic solution though.

Re: Android Phone devices are stacking up in the Thunar sidebar

The only thing I've found (in a 5 minutes search) is this 2012 thread (linked here), and the culprit seemed to be a bug in gvfs, by now fixed.

I'm sorry I can't be of more help, good luck!
