How can I rename the trash can ... from German "Papierkorb" to "Müll"

Hi folks, anyone can help me solve the above mystery? Or just tell me where to look? I suspect I would have to edit the German language files ... but where do I find these?

Danke

Re: How can I rename the trash can ... from German "Papierkorb" to "Müll"

download the source from https://git.xfce.org/xfce/thunar/
open  /thunar/po/de.po, search the line 2442 and type Müll, then as root on the console:
msgfmt -o de.po Thunar.mo
This file copy to /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES
Before you do that, make a backup from the origin file.

kopieren. Vorher ein Backup vom Original anlegen.
