no active instance of xfce4-panel found

Hello,

i was very annoyed by the top panel being shown as an running application in my plank dock and looked up how i completely could remove it so it is not shown in plank anymore. I found another forum where the command killall xfce4-panel was suggested and it worked, but now every time I start a XFCE session about 10 windows saying that no running instance of XFCE4-panel was found and I have to start one.
Do not get me wrong I would like a top panel, I just did not want it to be shown in plank.
My main question is now: What can I do so the windows do not pop up anymore?

Greetings,

Clear your saved sessions cache by deleting the contents of the ~/.cache/sessions folder while not logged in.
