kiosk mode doc in Wiki

We have a user who wants to set up a kiosk for classroom use with our MX-16 (Xfce 4.12), and are trying to help her.

I am working on a Wiki page of our own as I go along, and I notice that the Xfce Wiki document on kiosk mode is almost 7 years old, so am wondering if it is still 1) complete and 2) correct.

(Maybe this question has to go to the Devs?)
