Mintmenu on xfce4.12

Hi

Is it possible anyway - even if its complicated, to run the current mintmenu in xfce4.12.
In the past it was possible to install it within a xfapplet.

thanks for help

xfapplet isn't being maintained anymore. Although not exactly the same, have you had a look at the whisker menu? It is similar in design and concept as mintmenu.

//Wisker Menu

Yes - this is the menu i use at the moment.
But no - this is not an alternative for me.
Usability and Comfortability is not the same - even my parents dont understand why they have to use an less comfortable menu.

Do you think there is an posibility to use it?
even when its complicatetd?

The code is 11 years old. Someone would need to update it so that it works with the newer libraries. Also deal with the outstanding bug reports.
