Thunar: 'pumount' storage devices instead of 'umount' - how?

Hello, thanks for XFCE and Thunar.

I've had issues on Debian 8 with XFCE concerning hotplugging of USB sticks and especially with my smartphone, of which mounting seemed to be entirely impossible.

Now by having implemented this script:
https://blog.debiania.in.ua/posts/2013- … mount.html
into /etc/udev/rules.d/ I can mount my smartphone for first time in months, usb stick hotplugging also works fine again.

The only issue remaining is, that I cannot unmount listed USB devices in Thunar by clicking eject symbol:

But this is necessary because of syncing of flash memory devices.

How can I make Thunar issue pumount command instead of umount, when clicking eject symbol?

Opening a shell and pumount'ing of device works, but is cumbersome.

Background:

After not reaching success experimenting with the following I decided to uninstall em altogether:
udisks
udisks2
gvfs...
usbmount
thunar-volman
jmtpfs
mtp...

Remaining I have of "these things":

udev
mount
pmount
fuse

i won't stop rocking 'til i retire
