Monitor Choice & Resolution Choice

Under Settings>Display I only see one monitor, while in displays.xml it shows three.  It lists Default, VGA-0 and CRT2.  Why isn't Display showing the other two?

This problem affects what happens when I select a different driver.  For instance, if I select the proprietary driver for my Radeon, I get all the resolutions I would like to choose, but if I select the open source driver I only get one resolution which is too tiny to see.

I would like to see all display choices in one place.
