single click mouse open windows twice ( double )

Hi.
I upgraded XFCE4 from 4.12 to 4.13 in NETBSD . It is very strange why developers upgraded XFCE to unstable. ( sic )
But when i check single click mouse option and open program - this started every program twice ( doubled ) ( two the same windows )
I have to use double click option - this works normal.

Can you help me?
Where is the settings for single click mouse option ( not in manager-settings where is only point to check or uncheck )
I was looked for /usr/pkg/etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf file but found nothing
