Hi everybody,
I am using the "Matrilineare" icon theme and I noticed that the icon used on my desktop differs from the one used in thunar, just for .odt files.
Here's my desktop icon:
And here's another odt file in Thunar:
Note that this does not happen i.e. for folder icons, which are correctly visualized everywhere.
This is not a serious problem, but I like much more the one on the desktop, which I think should be the right one.
What's causing this, and how do I solve it?
Thank you in advance.

What version of Xfce are you using? Also what versions of xfdesktop and thunar?
On a fresh login, can you post back the results of:
ps -ef | grep $USER | awk '{print $8}'
...so we can see which processes are running, specifically if another desktop manager is managing the desktop.
Does running:
pkill xfdesktop
...fix the icon discrepancy error?

Everything looks fine there. I think it best that you create a bug report for this issue.
