Hi,
I'm using Thunar 1.6.11 on Xubuntu 17.04 and have an issue when I want to browse files via ssh/sftp.
I can login and perform file operationss but as soon as the connection is somehow interrupted I'm unable to continue using thunar. It crashes and just won't start again - visually - while it opens a new thunar process each time I try to start it. Starting from terminal gives no message and killing the thunar processes has no effect either (if forcekilled they will disappear but thunar still won't start).
Only workaround I found was killing the gvfs* processes - I guess gvfsd-sftp (version 1.30.4 in my case) might be the culprit here.
There are a few bug reports I found that could be related but usually it seems to affect nautilus-users; so I'm not sure.
Have a look:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … bug/202861
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … ug/1366840
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … ug/1075557
So what do you think? Is this the same bug? Is it thunar-related in any kind? If so I'd file a bug report in the xfce bugzilla. If not - where would be a proper place to report such an issue?
Thanks in advance.
