Feature request: short names on Thunar

Thunar always shows full names of files, it would be great if there was an option to cut too long names short with "...". Otherwise I love Thunar, this is the only thing that sometimes bothers me when I am in a directory full of files with huge names.

If you use the detailed list view you can restrict the width of the columns. Go to View - Configure Column and unselect the column sizing option.
