panel suggestion - "show on all monitors"

how about an option to replicate a panel on every monitor: this would probably be a great default because it would give you all your launchers on every screen whilst experimenting with monitor arrangements (also great with the globalmenu option..); it would save a lot of time with user setup;

Note this is distinct to *stretching* a panel across monitors.
