'Windows Buttons' panel plugin only shows icon/button labels no icon.

Running on Fedora 27. The 'Windows Buttons' plugin shows the label but no icon. I've removed and added the plugin and rebooted. I've also created a new panel and the same behavior is seen. Icons are displayed properly everywhere else.

How do I resolve this?

Do you have any gtk configurations defined in either ~/.gtkrc-2.0 or /etc/gtk-2.o/gtkrc? If so, can you post them back?

Also, try creating a second account on your computer and testing there to rule out a system problem.
