As the subject say, I would like to turn of the function that maximize a window when it's dragged to the top of screen. I can't find anywhere to disable/enable this function.
Offline
I think that would be:
Settings > Window Manager Tweaks > Accesibility tab > Automatically tile windows when moving toward the screen edge
Offline
Is there a(n easy) way to keep the function active - but to add a half to three-quarter second delay?

Thank you, that was what I was looking for, I thought that was only about "glue" the window to the edge, not maximizing.
I have a Swedish language on my desktop. I don't know exactly how to translate the word "tile" to Swedish in this context but, the Swedish translation of this action in xfce is "Fäst automatiskt fönster vid flyttning mot skärmkanten" That means glue (or connect) the window to the screen edge, it doesn't mean anything about maximizing. That's maybe a bad translation?

@Vilde
It maximizes on top, halves on center left/right and quarters on the corners (just tried, I don't actually use the feature).
@MDM
Sorry, not that I know of. Maybe you-know-who knows

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there is.

Now I finally understand why the word "tile" is used instead of "automatic annoying maximization." I haven't really used it, myself, and did not know about the corners.

Okay. Thank you for checking.

I think this feature deserves a tooltip or similar explanation of usage.

I can understand you are not happy with the choice of some of things some devs did... but calling them names is not the way to fix things. Consider this your one and only warning
