Weather plugin on Xubuntu 16.04

Hi everybody,
as attempting to install the weather plugin as suggested by ToZ in this post (https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=12091), I got an error I didn't get the first time. When I run:

sudo apt build-dep xfce4-weather-plugin

I get this:

E: È necessario inserire alcuni URI di tipo "source" nel file sources.list

The weather plugin seems not to be seen by the panel. How can I solve this?

I do not know what that would be in English, but could it be because ToZ stated to type:

Edit: after uninstalling the original package and:

sudo apt-get build-dep xfce4-weather-plugin

...but you only typed apt (instead of apt-get)?

Make sure you enable the source code respositories
