I've installed kde on Ubuntu Studio trusty (xfce4 default) just to see, and now xfce4 renders user interface (including panels and main menu) with styles of kde, and not gtk themes. It uses kde icons too. When I try to change icons or theme in preferences, xfce4 ignore them, nothing changes. Why is it so and how can I change xfce4 rendering to normal state?

Are you sure you're using xfwm instead of kwin? (This might not matter; I am just guessing.)

Or maybe KDE has overriden the GTK settings? If there is content in ~/.gtkrc-2.0 or ~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css, try renaming those files and logging out and back in again.
