Hello and welcome.
The xfce4-notifyd binary is not located in a normal bin directory, On my Arch system, it is located at /usr/lib/xfce4/notifyd/xfce4-notifyd. Search for it on your system to find it's exact location.

What version of xfce4-notifyd are you running?
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xfce4/notifyd/xfce4-notifyd -V
It should start automatically. If it doesn't, try:
1. While not logged in to Xfce (at a virtual console before login) delete the contents of the ~/.cache/sessions directory and then log in to the graphical environment and check
2. If it still doesn't start up automatically, add an entry in Settings Manager > Session and Startup > Application Autostart

Xfce Notify Daemon 0.3.6
I removed the content of the sessions folder and login in back but xfce4-notifyd not starting automatically.
By Adding entry to autostart application solved my problem.
