Alt-Tab All open apps not matter what workspace they exist in.
Is there a way to get Alt-Tab work and let you scroll through all open apps regardless of what workspace they are in?

There should be an option for that in the Window Manager Tweaks (xfwm4-tweaks-settings), first tab, "Cycle through windows on all workspaces", see here: https://docs.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/wmtweaks
