Removal of drive and media question

I have removal of drives and media set to mount both removable media and drives.

Yet when I insert a pen drive, thunar does not start.

I set Caja to NOT open those.

Is there a fix?

Nothing helped.

I made this as a desktop item.

thunar /media/andy/KINGSTON_11/

I could find no way of marking the above as code ?
