Panel window buttons icon is too small

Xfce panel window buttons icon size should follow the panel row size.
Icons are just too small to recognize some times.

Now icons are like this:

You can see the windows menu (right of window buttons) shows a much bigger icon than window buttons, which is correct.

If I set the panel row size big, like this:

The window buttons icon is still that small.
Window buttons icon size should follow the panel row size.

Hello and welcome.

Existing bug report for this. The last comment is from the developer. Feel free to comment in the report.

You can get window buttons to size (up to 36 I believe) if you don't display the text.
