Hi everyone,
i'm currently looking up a way to modify my xfce-session file ( if i'm not wrong of the location)
to put it simply i've tried a few desktop environment and xfce to now is the one that i do like the best but there is a con;
i want to be able to shutdown my thin client from within the user session i've found a few script that make that possible but it need to be implemented into the gnome-session ( my guess here would be xfce4-session)
For now the shutdown menu in my application menu is only able to either do a logout or to shutdown the server directly from a client.
if someone could help me or give my an hint it would be greatly appreciated.
up to my testing lxde, kde and gnome are able to do shutdown of the client only. but other then lxde the other 2 desktop are to heavy for my client wich are running on atom's cpu. and lxde is kind of out since it has a few glitch and is not as appealing as xfce.
[edit]
currently running on Xubuntu 18.04 LTS
thank you
