Network Monitor does not show tooltip when mouse hover.

Xfce: 4.13
OS: Manjaro 18 (Arch) x64

Panel mode: horizontal
Panel status: locked, never hide, reserve space
Panel position: bottom
Network Monitor tooltip: no

Panel position: bottom
Network Monitor tooltip: yes

Panel mode: horizontal
Panel status: locked, never hide, reserve space
Panel position: top or center
Network Monitor tooltip: yes

Panel status: locked, never hide, reserve space
Panel position: left
Network Monitor tooltip: yes

Any idea how can I fix it?

Hello and welcome.

I can't repeat this issue on my Manjaro install. Tooltips work in all scenarios for me. I wonder if this is maybe a theme issue. Which appearance theme are you using?

Linux kernel: 4.19

I can't repeat this issue on my Manjaro install. Tooltips work in all scenarios for me. I wonder if this is maybe a theme issue. Which appearance theme are you using?

I am using `Greybird` appearance and `Default` style. And tried others that they are same situation. And same situation with my second laptop.

I take photos with mouse cursor:

Last one photo does not display tooltip. Maybe some help.
Any idea please tell me and I will provide information that I know

Is it possible that the tooltip is showing at the bottom with bottom panel so I can not "see" it?

Not a solution - but I became tired of hovering my mouse cursor over mine (which does show the information upon mouse hover), and changed its settings to display "values" instead of the color bars. Now I see the numbers at a glance without effort.
