Newbe, just loades Mint 19 on laptop. How to get camera to work

As above Laptop is older laptop where I replaced vista with Mint 19.

I do not see where to go to tell system that there is a 'FACE' camera.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I don't use Mint, but I think Cheese is the usual app for basic webcam use.

Install it (if it's not) and try it, we'll help you if things don't work!
