I am working with a fresh install of Xfce 4.12 on Fedora 29.
I have moved the Panel to the bottom of my screen (which is the rightmost screen of a dual monitor setup).
When I click on the Applications Menu in the Panel, the menu appears near the top of the screen.
This is unexpected since in prior versions of Xfce, the menu popped up just above the panel.
I have also noticed another symptom, which is possibly related:
when I maximize a window (on either monitor), the maximized window only covers the top half of a screen (not the full screen as expected).
Here is a photo of me clicking on the Application Menu in the Panel (on the right screen) and then the App Menu pops up near the top of the screen.

Is there a setting or tweak that could fix this?
Thanks!

A reboot seems to have resolved it. Maybe it was a result of my video card or 2-monitor setup.
