Displaying an image in Ristretto with "Normal Size" zoom factor. The window is at some arbitrary size. I want to "snap fit" the window to the displayed image?

Greetings!
After some testing, i understand that ristretto doesn't do what you want: to auto-resize its image-display window to whatever an opened image's proportions may happen to be. Perhaps there's some hidden setting or config to accomplish this, but i could not find one ...
As an alternative, i've located and installed a VERY basic image-display app, "feh". This app seems to do that auto-resize trick. Though it has a few right-click options, i does not hide its window-decorations and/or title bar, and what could be a problem for you, it doesn't display .svg images. However, it seems to handle most of the basic image formats (.pic / .jpeg / .png) without a problem. Worth a try?
Cheers, m4a
