Call for help: Xfce weather plugin

As reported in the mailing list and bug tracker, met.no sunrise API (the source of data for the beloved xfce4-weather-plugin) needs to be updated (another time).

This time is a bit different, though, as it seems that the changes from version 1.1 to 2.0 are more complicated than last time and the usual maintainers are missing or busy with other stuff (I have no authority on this, just my impression from reading the links above).

So this is a call for Xfce users with any skills parsing XML in C. API info is here, and the Xfce repo for the Weather plugin, here.

there are functions for C that parse XML.
