[Solved] how can i restart the panel without logging out?

how can i restart the panel without logging out?  is there a way?  i often have a lot of stuff running or set up where a logout would lose a lot of work (one of the reasons i have up to 18 switchable userids).

@Skaperen:
Wouldn't it be worth it to put a "[solved]" in front of the title? smile
