Hi,
on arch linux, xfdesktop 4.13.3 (gtk 3), by default desktop icons text is white and has no background, making it difficult for me to read some text that is "above" some clear areas of my desktop background image.
Is there a way to set color (and transparency) for desktop icons text background?
Like some properties in .config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css?
Cheers

Hello and welcome.
Have a read through this thread for info regarding xfdesktop GTK3 themeing. Another good resource is the Greybird theme. It is being kept up to date with Xfce GTK3 changes.
