[Found] looking for Xubuntu 18.04 ISO image

can someone tell me of an RSYNC server where i can download a copy of Xubuntu Bionic 18.04 LTS hybrid ISO image (the ones that can be booted from a CD if it fits, a DVD, a USB memory stick, or a camera card such as an SDHC card).  if no RSYNC server is known, then a repository (Git, SVN, Hg) or file server (HTTP, FTP).
