Add Cascade, Tile, features to Windows Manager Tweaks, Placement

The features demonstrated in the nice workaround posted in General Discussion (see ref:) should be a part of the Window Manager Tweaks, Placement to cascade new windows.
As an example, enabling Cascade Windows should automatically add each new window to the end of the cascade set. if a cascade set contacts a screen boundary, then continue the cascade set with an offset to the first window in the set.

Most of the developers don't visit here often, or at all so you could open an enhancement request on https://bugzilla.xfce.org/ so the developers see it. Or discuss it in the developer mailing list.
