Two monitor and the notification not show on the Primary screen

Hello all,

I have a problem with xfce.

I have Linux mint xfce and i have two Screens. One is the laptop and one is External. The External is the primary, from the display.

When i click on the menu to open one application  is show on the Primary (External), when i take a pop up or open appication is go on the Laptop screen. How can i show every notification and everything on the Primary screen ?

In Mint, Menu > Settings > Notifications change Default position to Top left.

No is not working

Try changing "Show notifications on" to "Primary display"

I should have spotted that first, sorry.

The notification is working correct the problem is the pop up of applications

With metacity is working correct but i have others problems, how can i set up also for the xfwm4 ?

I'm afraid I'm not understanding. Is it possible you want to mirror your displays instead of having an extended display? That way everything happens on both screens.

I dont want to mirror my displays. When i click on the icon for shutdown (the panel is on the extented display and also the primary) it show on the laptop screen, which is not the primary. I want to show on the primary screens

We'll have to wait for someone else to help. I don't have multiple displays so I can't try to test things to figure this out.
