clipboard clears if I switch my HD between my laptops

This is not a problem, only a little curiosity. I have two different Thinkpad laptop models, and I have discovered that if I switch the hard drive between them, all clipboard entries disappear. Interesting. Have you ever seen this happen?

I have not observed any other unusual behavior from XFCE when I switch computers.

Hi lonesomepoint.

Are you using a clipboard manager? If so, which one? If you're not using one, I'd think that is expected behavior.

I use clipman, and in the properties I have Save on quit checked. That may help if you're using the same.

I also have Clipman, so I'll check that feature. Thanks.

No, wait--apparently Save on Quit is already activated.
