Hi.
I just compiled the the Xfce from Git, 4.13 version (yeah I know is devel) and when I try to change the keyboard layout the list is empty.
Anybody knows where Xfce is looking for the settings, I check all the dependencies I thinks have relation with Keyboard without luke.
Launching form terminal didn't report any error.
Also I'm running Crux 3.4
Thank you!

Hello and welcome.
The keyboard layouts should come from Xorg. On Arch, its a package called xkeyboard-config that contains them. Is there a similar package in Crux.

Yeah, the same package is in Crux and installed, and checked with the same files as the ones in Arch... I have to investigate a little more...
