Need Help Regarding Xfce APIs

I need help regarding xfce api , libxfce4ui and libxfce4utils ( simply the c function these libraries provides ) to write apps for xfce, ( like example xfce headings on gtk window and more that i dont know ) 
i had search a lot on internet for documentations regarding these but at max i only got xfce4 panel documentations for creating their plugins

i don't know its the right place for asking this thing but can i get references or links ( tutorials can also help ) regrading these
