Hi.
I've made a little dissaster on my audio settings. I don't want see the Parole player on the volumen icon (pulseaudio plugin) 'cuz I use very little Parole (I've activated MPRIS plugin on Parole). So, I went to 'PulseAudio Panel Plugin' preferences for drop the Parole icon (PulseAudio Panel Plugin > Media Players).
But I clicked on 'Clear Know Items' and I lost all media players from volumen icon. So, now I don't see any media player with MPRIS support. It's a disaster.
How to revert this behavior? Maybe this is related with 'blacklist-media-players' Look this info.

Hello and welcome.
Xfce stores the mpris player information in xfconf. To see the current list:
xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -lv | grep mpris-players
...though yours is probably blank.
You might be able to retrieve the list if it hasn't been saved to the disk yet. See if this returns anything:
cat ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-panel.xml | grep mpris
If you have bakups, you might be able to recover this file.
However, why not just re-create it? Simpy re-start every audio application that has mpris support and it will re-appear on the list.

Aha! Thanks for the hint!
The key are in the `xfce4-settings-editor`. Well, restore value for the plugin on panel and all come back.
Thanks ToZ.
