Color depth for panel is 32 regardless of DefaultDepth=24 in xorg.conf

Seems my monitor switches to FRC mode in case of color depth greater than 24 and
I'm trying to decrease it in XFCE desktop.
I set DefaultDepth to 24 in xorg.conf, but  some UI elements are still with 32 bit depth:
e.g. bottom XFCE panel have Depth 32:
