Telegram tray icon too small

Hello. Telegram tray icon too small only 22px. and it’s not affected by the increase in size in the notification area settings.
I found that Telegram after starting creates a folder for tray icons ~/.local/share/TelegramDesktop/tdata/ticons/ where all icons are only 22 px in size. Resizing icons in a graphical editor is a bad idea because they change depending on the status of telegrams and the number of messages received, read and unread. (If you a new user you will see only one blue icon). I use XFCE v. 4.12 How to increase the size Telegram tray icons?

Is that icon in svg format = scalable?

all Telegram tray icons in .png.
