[solved] How to disable icons of Applications on Desktop?

Hello Community,

when I start an Application like Thunderbird, it's icon and short description is showed in the task menu on bottom. But its icon and short description is also presented on the desktop.

In a former installation the second presentation was not showed (as I remember), so my Question, how to disable that.
