Shortcut change workspace not working sometimes

Hello,
I have a little problem with my shortcut to change workspace:
sometimes my shortcut to change workspace to the left/right/up/bottom and to move window to other workspace does not work.
I have no idea why sometimes it doesnt work and a few minutes after it work and then stop working etc...
Do you have an idea from where could come this issue ?

The bug is the same for any shortcut combination i make to change workspace
