Cotan, which File Manager are you using?
Can you also say which version?
In terminal, if you put
thunar --version
it will tell you which version of the file manager you are using, as well. Replace "thunar" with the name of the file manager that you are using.
Thunar is the default File Manger for XFCE, and I know that 1.6 at least has the delete function in the drop down menu.
Thunar also has an option to add custom actions under the Edit tab.
