specific webbrowser linkt to github-desktop

Hello,

I am using xfce4 i3wm. Arcolinux.

My question is this:
Can i specify for a different task another browser. 

for example.
I am using the mailwatch in xfce4-panel, in there i can choose which program to open the mailbox with url. very nice.

The question is can i specify github-desktop-app to a specific browser.

Or in general. Can i specify for a different task (application) auto-open, another browser.
