Hi,
I have a wireless keyboard and even if the battery (new) is completely charged xfce4-power-manager is showing only charged 70% but never 100%. Is there a way to change this value to get the right one ?
Thank you.

xfce4-power-manager is only reporting what upower is finding. What is the output of the following command:
upower -d

Probably upower has files where we can adjust the value for a device ?
Thanks

Which version of upower are you running?
Does unplugging and re-plugging the receiver make upower correctly report the charge?

Sorry, I forgot to mention the version :
upower 0.99.11-1
Unplugging and re-plugging the receiver didn't change anything. I even did a receiver firmware update today with no changes.
Thanks

My initial thought is that this is most probably a bug in upower and would need to be fixed there. (I am unaware of any upower configuration parameter that might help resolve the issue for you.)
Do you have any other DEs available to test with (Gnome or KDE)? It would be interesting to see if they properly recognize the device.

I will try to fill a bug report there.
No, I have only xfce4 on my computers.
Thanky ToZ.

In fact I don't really know where to report the upower "bug" !?
On freedesktop.org it says (when I click on create a new account) :
"freedesktop.org Bugzilla is ONLY for reporting bugs on the Mesa, Piglit, and Linux kernel graphics support projects."
Any idea ?

Looks like here. There don't appear to be any active bug reports, which is odd.

This is where I landed to... But as you say, it's odd and with the comment about the :
"freedesktop.org Bugzilla is ONLY for reporting bugs on the Mesa, Piglit, and Linux kernel graphics support projects."
It's a kind of weird soup.
I will try and see.

Or maybe just report it through your distro's bug reporting mechanism.
