Plz tell me how to make my panel transperant, like gnome type of transperant, so that icons are visible and panel is transperant, I'm sure it's been discussed here above and beyond. If you can point me so I can click)))

You can set the transparency of the panel. From the docs:

Panel preferences > Appearance > Opacity

These options set the transparency of the entire panel.

Enter: This controls the transparency of the panel when hovering over it. Ranges from 0 (fully transparent) to 100 (fully opaque). All panel plugins are affected by this setting.

Leave: This controls the transparency of the panel when not hovering over it. Ranges from 0 (fully transparent) to 100 (fully opaque). All panel plugins are affected by this setting.

Note: Panel transparency is only available if display compositing is enabled in Settings Manager → Window Manager Tweaks → Compositor.
