times are an hour off ... DST still in effect?

i edited a post and the time it showed was an hour fast, just as if daylight savings time was still in effect, here.

edit:

and this post is affected, too.   and because of this timing, the date is off by one, too.

Have a look at your profile and confirm the time zone and DST options are set correctly
