I don't know why but mousepad takes atleast 10 to 12 sec to load and sometime lacks a lot

Which distro are you using?
Run "mousepad" in a terminal and post back any output. Also, post back the contents of ~/.xsession-errors after mousepad starts up.
If also using systemd, check:
journalctl --user --no-pager | tail -n 100
...right after starting and closing mousepad.

this might not a cause
Try changing the icon theme to see if it makes a difference. You might also need to build it with "--enable-debug" to see what is happening.

do i need to use some flags or argument to get debugging output
i simply launch mousepad from terminal and didn't get any logging or error message
i wipeout the mousepad configuration, cache etc and set adwaita theme,
now launch time is
real 0m2.578s
user 0m0.017s
sys 0m0.098s
is it fine
other xfce app has very less time competitively
