Custom Terminal Settings in Launcher?

The launcher gui doesn't off any terminal settings

Therefor, i must call the terminal explicitly in my launcher command:

xfce4-terminal --command='pkexec wifi-menu' --color-bg=darkblue --hide-borders --hide-toolbar --hide-scrollbar --hide-menubar --geometry 50x25

Is there any way to apply terminal settings to launchers, so i can simply check the "Run in terminal" checkbox instead of putting `xfce4-terminal` in the launcher command?
