Xfce keyboard shortcuts annoying issue.

I have several keyboard shortcuts configured in keyboard settings on Xubuntu 16.04.6, the problem is when a startup my laptop or logout and login again the shortcuts don't work immediately , I have to wait 5 up to 10 seconds to get it to work, it is very annoying. Is this behaviour normal? Can I change some settings to fix this? thanks, vladi
