Windows 7/10 taskbar panel

Hello!

Is it possible make panel button in similar way as the Windows 7/10 taskbar?

Not natively. Seems like you can do it using Compiz, according to this informative thread on the same subject.

Alternatively, you can see if some of these dock apps are in your repositories (I've found them in Xubuntu 18.04 right now):

Cairo-Dock

KDocker

Docky

Plank
